For this particular offering, only credit card is accepted at the moment.

But I do have another Hosting option that accepts paypal – but I can only give a rebate of USD25.00

If you could trust me, I can purchase the domain in your behalf using my credit card, but you need to transfer funds to my paypal or bank account first the amount required.
